I'm an In and Out Burger fan, have been for decades... the burger and fries at Smashburger are just as good, if not better

Constantly getting orders wrong and double charging for items. Website is hard to navigate when placing an order. If that wasn't enough, poor customer service, lack of organization at curbside door and rude staff members.
