I have worked with Ms. Van Le's Office since I started driving. Her office always helps and answers all questions as well as gives me additional necessary information about my family's car insurance policy.

Untrustworthy and always trying to maximize her quota by saying her system is giving her a wrong price and the new price is determined by the underwriters. If the system gives you a price you should guarantee that not your fake price and jack up the rate so that your office makes more from innocent customers. Do not trust her!

Tuyen has always returned my calls when I left my messages. She doesn't mind spending much time on my requests. Currently, she deals with State Farm Insurance Agent to make a reasonable payment to cover the windshield replacement cost. God bless you all.
