I use to feel like I was wasting money buying renters insurance I have had it maybe 10 years with no incident I have seen numerous neighbors in our low income apts lose everything to a fire, a flooding of the apt burglaries and other perils that they will never recoup I ALWAYS say the same thing YOU SHOULD OF HAD RENTERS INSURANCE! Even though I have been lucky with no incident, it will take only that one time for it to pay off I now have the security after I see others losses that I will be ok if something ever happens and it's a good feeling! I recommend renters insurance to all and I do feel I am in good hands with Allstate!
