Clients deserve better... Wong is pushing clients away and making a disaster out of this branch. The branch manager of this place and the responsible for the the incompetence of this branch is Wong. She is the type of person that gives banks a bad name. She not only refuses to try to help you in any way but her despicable attitude to try to get rid of you rather than help you is seriously harming the image of this branch. She needs to be replaced. Please keep reporting her until upper management brings someone more competent to this place. Clients deserve better.
