Veeral is a very knowledgable real estate agent. He knows the San Jose housing market very well. He is very personable, easy to talk to and not at all "pushy" like I have experienced a few times with other real estate agents.
I 100% recommend Veeral for any real estate needs.
I started communicating with Veeral a couple of years ago, asking him questions about my property, market conditions etc and even though he knew that I was not in the market to sell or buy, he was very responsive and informed me of multiple choices which helped me make an informed decision.
Because of this I worked with Veeral to sell and buy a house and he was very helpful in every aspect of home buying and selling process. He is very knowledgeable of San Jose market and helped us choose the right location for our young growing family. He will not push you into making hasty decisions that you will regret later. It gave me confidence that he is not here to just get business and go, but to navigate us through the trenches of home buying/selling and build a relationship.
He also has good relationships with multiple lenders and helped us a lot in securing a great rate for our loan.

It was an extremely pleasant experience working with Veeral. We had really good interactions with Veeral and he would periodically checkin with us to make sure that the new home buying process is going smoothly. He always got back to us promptly, answered all our questions patiently and would also suggest things that we need to check or plan in advance. He even gave references to lenders, handymen and movers. He also gave an overview on what to expect once we close on a newly built home. Overall, I highly recommend him!!

Buying my first home, I could not have asked for a better agent to help me navigate through this process. Veeral was ready with advice when needed and more importantly was quite patient while we took the time to refine our choices. He was always available to answer any questions we had and at no point did we feel rushed to make a decision. Veeral is one of the best realtors in the area. His professionalism and helpfulness is admirable. He has access to expert resources that would be needed to prepare a property for sale.
He planed all the tasks really well - starting from preparing the property for sale to the closing. And the execution of each of the them was on time!
