Treated myself to a pedicure as between my age, my lack of flexibility, and balance issues, I have not been able to clip my toenails in years The young lady that worked on me was very patient, as it turned out I was very ticklish. My toenails were in very bad shape, so she spent a lot of time and effort on them. They now look better than ever, and they feel great. I was surprised at how inexpensive it was, so tipped a bit more as a reward for her effort. The shop was very clean, and the staff were very friendly.

In my 55 years on this planet, I've NEVER had a pedicure!!! I recently suffered a severe concussion, after being a victim of a hit and run accident on the freeway. So now, I have a fear of using sharp tools around my toes and fingers. Today, I had my first appointment. I walked to the shop, as I can't drive any more. The ladies in the shop really took care of me and made me feel welcomed!I REALLY needed a pedicure! It had become an emergency! My feet looked like claws! Cindy went to work and performed like an amazing surgeon! I asked if they took medical insurance as payment! I won't talk about the price, but it was much, much lower than I could have imagined! I'm hoping I made up for all the hard work that was done, with my payment! I'm terrible with names, so I've already forgotten the name of the lady that gave me me a manicure, while Cindy worked so hard on my toenails. All I can say is THANK YOU to every one of you for taking care of me! I wish you all a wonderful Lunar New Year!! This is a great way to find out if your feet are ticklish!!! Unfortunately, mine are!!!

Went in and the worker had a bad cold Or virus. She we sneaking cough drops and kept going to the back room to cough and sneeze.  she was clearly very sick, yet everyone working was ignoring it (yet masked!) Now I'm starting to feel sick.  No one should be working 3 feet away from customers when they're sick like that.  with covid and flus, people need to stay home, and the manager there should have sent her home. She didnt. I will not return to this place. I used to love it here

I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had no nail polish on my toenails previously and the lady (Tina I think) applied a very nice french pedicure. She is the only reason I am leaving 2 stars. Then I moved onto the manicure with a different lady, who damaged my nails extremely (see image) even when I expressed concern about the method she was using to remove my previous gel polish from my fingernails. She filed into the tops of my nails. The only remedy to this is to grow my nails out completely again. Remove your own nail polish at home if you go here, they try to remove your polish mostly by file and by soaking in pure acetone for only a couple minutes. They should be using the actual gel polish remover or waiting entirely for acetone to peel the polish off instead of filing and damaging your whole nail. I left very upset but I still left some gratuity when they asked. It is extremely embarassing that someone had the audacity to ask you if you are going to add gratuity in front of all the other customers. Shame on them for trying to embarrass unsatisfied customers out of a tip. I will probably continue to only do my own gel nails at home from now on.
