Called the store looking for a clearance keyboard TK820(Original $69.99, Clearance price $4.49). Sales guy Alex picks up the call & confirms the price, availability & that he will save it for an hour. I go all the way 15 miles to pick the keyboard up. Store manager Carlos comes up & starts giving ridiculously kiddish excuses that Alex saw a plastic demo piece & thought that was the real keyboard & that they don't have it in stock now. He took the deal & made me suffer this evening. The worst thing is he was thinking he was being sly in suggesting that he would order another keyboard for $69.99. @Carlos: Please don't steal someone's hard work of finding a great deal. You work in the store & you could have worked to find it before. You either thought I was stupid or you were smart.
