My old water heater developed some issues, I ran through a few hoops for the warrantee services -- not bad service, but they don't have proper parts for a proper fix/repair. After a week, I have to make a decision to replace it. I contacted Wilver (the boss person of Bay Area Plumbing) on Thursday morning, and he came quickly and assessed the situation, before Friday noon, the water heater is replaced.
