I own a small business in Omaha, NE. My dad, Jim Eggers has been filing my taxes and advising my company for many years. His accounting and tax advice has been a meaningful part of our growth and success. We are currently working on a SEP IRA for myself and our employees and he's guiding us through those tax implications and benefits. Eggers & Eggers did our taxes last year. I chose this firm because Jim Eggers used to work for the IRS in San Francisco. I LOVE that my Tax Accountant has experience working for the IRS! He answered all of my questions, was very responsive and best of all cost less than the local CPA firms. I trust Jim and his team and would never use anyone else.

My daughter and I met with Jim about three weeks ago because we were looking for somebody to handle the bookkeeping for our new small business. Jim seemed very personable, and we both liked him and so we decided to take him up on his offer which the only downside of was that he couldn't get started until after his "busy" season which lasted until Oct 15th. We had an appointment with him for next week, but just Today out of the blue after collecting mine, and my partner's personal information Jim informed my daughter that he was "too busy" to work with us. I find this to be VERY suspicious and will definitely be reporting this business to the BBB and anyone who will listen! VERY ODD and in my opinion, VERY SHADY!

This is the second year I have used Mr. J. Eggers for my small business tax preparation. He has always been very available for questions and has patiently explained the process to me when needed. It has been so valuable to have such a knowledgeable tax pro just a phone call away!
