The folks are friendly here, however they are much more expensive than Turbo Tax.
After scheduling an appointment online, I got a phone call confirming my appointment. I let them know I had a complicated tax situation, and wanted to know what forms to bring. The woman who confirmed my appointment didn't tell me everything I needed, so I was forced to make an extra trip to HR Block.
I let them know that I was expecting a refund, but I'd like to file an extension, they told me that they would have to charge me money to help me file for an extension. After doing a quick google search, I actually found out that if you are expecting a refund, you get an automatic extension.
