No one will answer phone during open hours and the answering tape doesn't say who they are in other words it could be anybodys number. The number is probably connected to the workers home and I don't know if you noticed the workers would rather go to the beach than answer their phones and actually work.

So Google map say that this location close at 9pm but it was already close at 8:20pm.The hours for the store were update 3 weeks go

I came to this location to help my mom switch carriers. After having so many issues with Sprint, we decided that we should go back to MetroPCS, where we have never had issues. Originally we were going to have her set up her own account, but ended up adding her to mine for a discount. Jimmy was extremely helpful, he helped us get the best deal for our needs, answered all of our questions, and was very patient with us, mostly my mom.

Terrible. First I come in with my broken phone and find out I can not use the insurance at the store. You must go home and fill out an app online and hope your phone is approved by these other people. It takes a week at the least, with no phone. Ok, my fault I didn't see past the deception of the insurance. So I tell her just sell me a new phone. She suggests the Galaxy A12. Almost double the price... and the thing RUNS SIGNIFICANTLY SLOWER, I GET GLITCHES, THE BUTTONS OFTEN DONT WORK EVEN AS I TYPE THIS. METRO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS JUST A SALE. I'm now looking at new phone companies. 👎
