Had an issue with one of my shades and reached out to the owner Ashok.  He called me back right away and walked me through the reset process for my shade.  Now that's customer service!

Ashok Khathuria has tremendous focus on customer satisfaction. I replaced all my window blinds/shades in my home with Hunter Douglas blinds. He brought me many samples to view and materials. When I bought them in 2015, he went the extra mile to not only install but take down my old vertical blinds and mechanisms and also took them away to dispose of. This was not something he needed to do but was appreciated. In 2020, my bedroom blinds (sliding door about 8ft) would not rotate to close. I called Hunter Douglas to see repair and help. Hunter Douglas just sent me possible locations to repair but 2 I called didnt respond or didnt repair. Fortunately I found my old paperwork from when Eminent Window Fashion installed and called to see if they could service and repair. Ashok didnt repair but came out to see what was wrong. He found that a mechanism that controlled the blinds had broken. He contacted Hunter Douglas and coordinated my options. He took personal time to take down the blinds and send to Hunter Douglas in WA. to repair. He had a personal railing that I could use to hang my shades until my rail was fixed (one month estimate). So rather than have an open window, his rail allowed me to have shades in my bedroom. He followed up on status and I was away for Xmas but he checked anyway. It was shipped back on 1/6/22 and he came over on a Saturday (today, 1/8/22) to help reinstall my old railing and connect the blinds and test that everything worked correctly. This is fantastic customer service and he didnt need to help with shipment, tracking, coordinating with Hunter Douglas. I highly recommend Eminent Window Fashion for your blind/shade needs. Ashok is the owner , but takes personal effort to make sure his customers are please with the work and service. Thanks Ashok!!

Ashok was very patient and fun to work with when I tried to figure out which blinds for my windows, he has tons of samples. That was 2.5 years ago. Recently one of string cords stopped working (still under warranty) he came by to take a look and ordered parts on the same day. It took him just a few minutes to replace it. He is very professional and considerable person. Highly recommended.

Ashok was great from the beginning To the end. The communication was excellent and he was prepared and detailed for all our appointments. He even found some damaged products that were shipped and received that he wasn't happy with that I didn't even notice. He made sure my family was satisfied with the product he was selling. I highly recommend going with Eminent Window Fashions. You will know exactly what you get when you work with Ashok. I can't say that for other companies. I will definitely use them for any future window coverings.

I got excellent professional door to door service. Ashok was very efficient and careful with the product selection. He listened and was patient regarding my window covering needs.
