I just closed Purchase, new construction HB, SFR with ADU with PRMG. I was reluctant to use them on a purchase only because I haven’t closed anything personally with them but Jeff Kuch and his team came thru from start to finish. Docs out within 15 days of approval, would have been sooner but appraiser had a hard time finding comps due to ADU. Client signed docs over the weekend and then requested to add impounds and realtor credit, this didn’t require a redraw and loan funded on time. Seamless underwriting! Jeff Kuch is old school rep who knows his products, guidelines and the PRMG portal.
