        It's now Casa Querencia Apartments, and it's really nice! Apartments are furnished with sofa, table and chairs, microwave and fridge, queen bed, dresser and nightstand. Rent is one third of your gross monthly income. To get in you have to go through Mercy House. One year lease first year, month to month after. You only pay for TV, phone and internet. Only dogs and cats are allowed, one only. Unless it's a certified therapy or service animal, the pet deposit is $300, free for assistive animals.

        Very beautiful apartment complex. What a difference from now and then. No trash on the ground or running around. Let's hope it stays this way.
