Budget Truck Rental

500 W Warner... aka Dubak Inc aka Sears Outlet... aka homeless shack central...
I had to drop off my 12ft Budget rental truck in this sketchy location before 8 AM on a Sunday. At least that's what it said in my email. I show up at 7:30 AM and there's no drop box, no Budget/Dubak Inc sign, no Budget trucks around, no nothing. I circled around for a whole hour all the while calling the number provided as well as contacting the 1-800 customer service which was obviously no help. I asked if I could drop it off at another location and they said they would charge me... I'm not sure for why.
Your girl is tired. It's 2017. Why is this happening? You're not making this easy on me or any other customer. There's no sign, there's no drop box. The service line was no help. Apparently this location doesn't open until 10 AM but what is a person to do if they are on a time frame and why did my email say I had to return it by 8 AM?
By 9 AM, I end up driving to the next nearest DUBAK INC/Budget location on Hotel Terrace to see if I can return it here as I need to get this truck off my hands. There's one person working and there's a line out the door. The printer isn't working and I don't get serviced until 10. He's working as fast as he could, I completely understand. Luckily the guy working here was nice enough to service me and help me diligently.
