        LIARS!!! We were given an appointment for noon today. No one called 2hrs after the appointment time. When I called them they lied and said that they tried calling me for an address. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - UNRELIABLE COMPANY 😡

        The service level has gone down and they used dollar store cleaning supplies. I've used Perez for years now I'm looking elsewhere this is the second time my carpets were done below my expectations.
