        I have found it incredibly challenging to obtain clear and timely information from the HOA. Despite reaching out multiple times over the past month, the inquiries from the buyer lender remain unanswered and unresolved. The lack of accessibility is concerning, with phone calls going unanswered and email responses taking an exorbitant two weeks, if received at all. It's disappointing that basic communication channels seem to be neglected, making it difficult for residents to get the necessary documentation or clarification they need. As a member of the community, I believe that efficient communication is essential for fostering a supportive environment. Reviewing past feedback reveals a recurring theme of delayed responses and inaccessible communication channels. It's disheartening that such fundamental issues continue to impact residents. I've taken the initiative to contact customer service via email in hopes of addressing this matter, although I remain uncertain about the effectiveness of this approach.
