This company is absolutely amazing. We have used them 2 times in recent years to find board and care facilities for my grandparents. My grandparents needed additionally recovery/ strength building before coming back home. Both Kelila and Tami are so caring and attentive to the patients/familys personal needs. Both times we have used them, it was very time sensitive and they were able to help us move quickly and to very good homes. My grandparents have very different needs and they helped us found the perfect place for each of them. I will always be calling them first when I need to find placement!!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ All around

I cannot say enough about sweet Kelila. She came highly recommended to me in March 2021, and has walked our family through from the beginning, as we started looking at living communities in Simi Valley, for my parents. She set up interviews/tours with 3 places and we chose a beautiful community last June. She is there for us as our care needs change, as things can happen quickly. I can always count on her for wisdom, knowledge and her connection with so many different facilities, rehab centers, 24/7 care, & quality Board & Care homes. She set up interviews for us and we recently selected an awesome Board & Care home, where my parents will get the care they need. Thank You Kelila...you are the best!!

When our Mom went through rapid dementia mentation changes and needed more than in-home care, Assisted Living Connections was immediate support. Their team’s knowledge and personal attention exceeded all our expectations. Most importantly, they have been inside the facilities they recommend, and have long-standing relationships with many. They are not just passing on web addresses. Jan promptly helped us find the best care setting, set up virtual tours and phonecalls with directors, and guided us through the entire transition. She continues to be available support. Without Assisted Living Connection’s expertise and teamwork with us, this whole process would have been unimaginably difficult to weed through. We cant reccommend highly enough.

This is a great service. I highly recommend it!! They are kind, caring people that are not motivated by money. They have a passion for placing people in homes and have compassionate hearts!
