My wife and I are very lucky to have been contacted by Jacob Howard of Solano Mortgage a year after I originally contacted him and then almost gave up on refinancing our house. Even though I make a lot of income as an affordable housing developer we weren't able to refinance our house because we had lots of development losses that didn't qualify us for conventional loans. Jacob miraculously came through for us and we will now save over $680 per month in house payments. Jacob is a smart, hard working, persistent, loan broker.

My husband and I refinanced our investment property with Jake Howard and he was fantastic. We have done several housing transactions and this one by far was the easiest!
