Condescending, smirking, rude, and makes no attempt to create a lasting relationship with clients. Our policies were transitioned into Omelva's hands after the departure of our previous agent. She was non-attentive to the specific needs of our policies and made every trip uncomfortable for us. It is hard to believe that she totes 8 years with Farmers. In our 3 years with the previous agent, we enjoyed the coverage and the no bull attitude of the agent. He made every attempt to tell us of better policies that would fit our family the best and to tell us if any other agency might offer us something better.
