What a dishonest experience. I went in to upgrade my phone. Asked if they had a promotion to get a second one and upgrade an already existing line. Was told they did and got two phones bogo. What they failed to mention was the phones were only free when activating a new line. I had intentions on paying for the phone outright but they didnt even offer that option. When I called T-Mobile they gave me the run around to go back to the store which is inconvenient for me and told me to wait for the sales clerk I dealt with in a few days. Ive been with T-Mobile a long time and never thought about canceling my service but I am now.

Stopped by on my way home and as soon as I went inside was acknowledged by Brian, he was professional patient and very nice some of the best customer service I've had, he didn't know everything but didnt hesitate to ask for help witch mean he cares about the customer give this man a bonus

Arrived the store at 5:20 PM and it was already closed when the sign said that they're open until 6 PM. It was obvious that the staffs ignored me and I tried to get their attention.

Don't plan on customer service here. They'll have two people working, and they apparently desperate for sale will spend 30 minute chit chatting with customers in front of you; completely ignoring customers patiently waiting. Not even an acknowledgment when you walk in the door.. The WORST customer service!
