Don't know how to deal with business customers. Give wrong directions, mess up accounts and then tell me that they can't fix account information. Would not help business customer to figure out account issue, go to Verizon for business needs.

Every time I go in the store, nothing seems to be able to just get accomplished 'in-store'. Today I got completely ignored and walked past by an employee either not focusing at work or possibly ignoring a customer for personal reasons. The second employee greets me then proceeded to ignore me immediately to answer another customer. After 2 strikes in the customer service realm, strike 3 came when I handed your employee the account info T-mobile gave me & they ignored me and called customer service!!! 10 minutes later, absolutely nothing was accomplished due to complete incompetence. I proceeded to go home call T-mobile, get in touch with a SUPERSTAR named Cody in Colorado Springs and 20 minutes later, everything is finished and I'm happy. WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE EMPLOYEES in store? Just put all the pretty phones in the window and post the phone number to call because that's all your employees can seem to do.

I have now made TWO reservations at this location on TWO separate days and both times have showed up to the business closed unexpectedly. I am a working mom and had to leave work early and coordinate pick up, etc to make my 'appointment' to find out they decided to 'close early.' At least have the decency to notify your customers if you offer an appointment service - honestly, T MOBILE corporate needs to talk to this branch, because it is no customer service centered location.
