Tripac does it again!!! So helpful and professional! I had an issue with my tire on 11/4 and I was stranded...I called Tripac and spoke with Madya who helped me get towed and to the nearest shop very quickly. The process was extremely simple and hassle-free. I love how you do not have to go through an automated system! 1000% recommend Tripac!

Claim denied due to deceptive and ridiculous policies. They took my money and gave me nothing for it. Would not recommend.

The rep i worked with was luca he went above and beyond to help me with my claim from start to completion of the work,. he was very professional and extremely caring and payed attention to every thing i asked. .i would recommend triple protection auto care. there were outstanding would use them over and over again..

On vacation and a rock shatters the windshield!!! What a nightmare... except it wasn't. I called Triple protection at 11:30 and an hour later had an appointment scheduled to have it replaced, at my vacation home, before having to drive home. It couldn't have been easier. Sara Nusbickel gathered all my information, called Safelite, was on the phone with them when they called me back, and made sure I had an appointment to have my windshield replaced. She did all the work so that all I had to do was to pick an available time that worked around my schedule! I'm so glad I bought this policy and so thankful for Sara! She saved my vacation!!!
