This salon is now closed as in closed down. We walked by yesterday and it’s shut down now, finally. This place was horrible and they were always too rude to service at the door walk ins. No one knew how to do a normal buzz, and they always had too many things going on to pay attention to the customers. It’s like you were there, but they were not. Finally, it’s closed down, it was a matter of time. It was strange that they were trying to sell this venue online for awhile, I thought it was a mistake but I see it’s just the case. We need legitimate businesses in this mall, that actually care about the customers, hair and the community.

I was an employee at Ergo Aveda for 4+ years and as of the night of 11/07/19 my co workers and I unexpectedly lost our jobs. The way the owner did things happened so unprofessionaly, and with no notice. We are all at a loss of words and are so sorry to any clients that were not informed of this devastating news and couldnt make it into their appointment this weekend and all future appointments. So long Ergo...this mightve been a blessing in disguise for us all!

My face glows after my facials with Georgina. Happy to have found this salon and Georgina. Going back for the third time - very pleased.
