Chante did a fabulous job with eyelash extensions for me. I spent 3 weeks surfing with them in Mexico and they looked great for the whole 3 weeks and lasted far longer than I could have ever expected. In fact after I returned from my trip they still looked very good when I returned to work on week 4. She was highly professional and very personable. I could not recommend her more highly. I had a follow up appointment with Bailey to bring my hair to my desired level of blonde. She previously worked on my hair and told me to come back in 8 weeks to get the blonde to the desired hue we had discussed. I come to the 2nd appointment and at first she doesn't even realize I'm there to see her. That's fine, no big deal. While I have the bleach on my head, I hear her getting another client during my appointment. She left me in the back with bleach on my head for what felt like an extraordinarily long time. I have been blonde before and usually the stylist checks to make sure everything is going fine. She barely checked on my head, occupied with her other client. Well Long story short she put more "blonde" in places where I didn't even want it, she asked if I wanted to add more pieces and I said no. My hair is orange, it's damaged. The color isnt even. It pulled apart and was gummy. It looks like I tried to do it myself. I sent her a message to get it fixed and she texted me back saying she would make an appointment for an adjustment but never got back to me. In our correspondence, she told me she knew exactly which part I was talking about and that she wanted go retone it. If she knew it was bad, why would she charge me full price and send me out of the salon looking like that without arranging a day for me to come back? She didn't even mention it. I was charged $120 for up to ten foils of bleach for her to completely mess my head up. I've been getting my hair done for 10 Years and this is the worst experience I've ever had. I dislike it so much that at this point I wouldn't even trust her to fix it. Also she accused me of using box dye when she had trouble lifting it during my first appointment! What!? This is the co-owner of the salon so I am shocked at the results and how she handled it.
