Carpet One did a great job replacing our 20+ year old upstairs carpet. They were extremely communicative, responded to every question, and the installation team was amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone interested in new carpet.

This carpet order was quite a challenge. We asked Carpet One to replace over 2,000 sq. ft. of carpeting plus convert one bedroom of carpeting to hardwood.and do it all in a day and a half. Little did we know that the day of installation would be met with one of the worst snowstorms in three years. Nevertheless, they showed up on time, completed the work as promised and did an outstanding job! We couldnt be happier with the quality, workmanship and service. And a special shout out goes to Mary who went above and beyond in keeping us informed, coordinating the details and executing several last minute additions with ease. We couldnt be happier!

Noel at Carpet One helped me get new carpet for my stairs and basement. He responded quickly to my requests and listened to what I was hoping to get to fit my familys needs.
