Hom Solutions, Inc.

HOM solutions is arguably the single worst company I've ever dealt with. I had my entire basement finished in 6 weeks. I ordered a single cabinet and counter top for a dry-bar application and am now 10 weeks in, with at least another 10 to go. Took them 5 weeks to come to my house and measure a 2'x4' recess that took all of 10 minutes to complete. Like other's have mentioned, the customer service is utterly terrible. I've called and left voicemail, to no avail. Only by calling Home Depot can I get them to force somebody at HOM to call back. How and why Home Depot chooses to work with them is unimaginable to me. Will never buy anything again that would engage me with HOM.

Awful experience. If you want to pull your hair out to get your flooring installed, I recommend hom solutions.

I have a carpet install scheduled. They send me an email to pick the install date and if you have questions just call me at blah blah blah. Nobody answers the phone. I've even called the supervisors number and nothing. Left emails to call me, not even an email back. I'm asking for a full refund in the morning if no one calls back today. My simple question is "do you do installs on Saturdays?". Not one reply to that question.

I think Kendra works for the company and just wrote a good review to help HOM save face. (smile) They are a "trouble" company, I have been waiting for 3 weeks for them just to schedule an appointment and I have called at least 4 times a day over the past week. They never return calls or answer the phone. I am going to suggest to Home Depot that they find someone else that they refer service too. I wish I could give them a 1/2 a star.

Maybe they've had a management change recently but I had a very good experience with this company. They scheduled around my needs and they called while the floors were being installed to check in on the progress. The people who did the install did a great job. We went with a hardwood laminate for our whole downstairs and they installed all of it in less than 3 days. I love my floors and I found this company very easy to work with.
