        Drove over an hour to see their showroom. Sales people completely ignored us. When I finally found someone he was rude, insulting and acted completely put out. I made a decision and left, I will place the order over the internet with a different company.

        I used to live in the neighborhood on Santa Fe Drive and I kept passing this place. I thought, "Is that just an ordinary hardware store?" and it turns out to be much better than that. THey have hand tools, power tools and other equipment. Sure, I could go to Home Depot, but why wait in long lines? These guys have a personal touch. I will go back the next time I need tools.
