Our furnace recently died during the coldest time of the season. We called Pasterkamp after their closing time, left a message, and received a call back quite quickly. Ken Pasterkamp arrived at our home and had the current furnace working enough to make it through the night. The following day he was here again to install the new furnace and had it up and running in record time. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Ken was extremely careful to keep the hallway, stairs, and carpet protected and clean. The work area was also left cleaner than before he started. Ken then showed how the new thermostat worked and even programmed it for us. As a bonus he even carried several boxes of donations up from the basement as we were not able to do so. We have dealt with the Pasterkamp family owned business for more than 25 years. The office staff are always friendly and helpful when we call and every service tech has been great. We highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs. You wont go wrong with Pasterkamp!
