WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE MATTRESS. They claim to have a 100 day free trial, and unfortunately their mattress gives me back pain. I submitted all of the documents they requested for my refund and they will not respond to my emails or return my calls. Do not trust this company.

When I buy furniture, I need to bring along a friend since I don’t know what I’m doing and I need a voice of reason to ensure I don’t make an irrational purchase. While I really loved the Amerisleep mattresses I tried, I wasn’t yet ready to commit so I got some memory pillows to start and they are absolutely a dream to sleep on. You should get one too, you won’t regret it.

I purchased an Amerisleep mattress and split king adjustable base and only one of the two adjustable bases works. I reached out to the store for assistance and was told a tech would be in touch in 24-hours. It has now been 4+ days since the broken product was delivered and nobody has reached out for repair assistance or even scheduling. The mattress is good so far, but the customer service is lacking severely.

The Amerisleep mattress is exceptional in comfort! We are sleeping so comfortably on our new bed. We are enjoying the adjustable frame that suits our lifestyle of watching TV in bed before sleeping. The delivery and set up of the bed was not up to the standards of the actual bed. (They delivered an extra bed frame that had nothing to do with our bed but was left at our home and was confusing. The delivery/setup guys did not know what they were doing.) Throughout the difficult process, Joel, the Cherry Creek sales associate, was excellent! He not only listened carefully but he even made a trip to our home in Broomfield. His understanding and follow-up has been reassuring.
