Pros: love my apartment, decent amenities, and the property managers are helpful. Cons: area isn't the best (construction/industrial area), hot tub has been out for a month, community fees/amenities prices keep rising ($52 in September, compared to $74 in January), and residents not cleaning up after their dogs.

I moved in September 2021, and after living here for close to five months, I'm very happy with it. The building itself is really nice as it is very recently constructed, and has a lot to offer. The office staff was very helpful with moving in and has been great ever since. They're very responsive and make sure any issues get resolved. Great building and great place to live.

The Overland is a beautiful apartment complex with an even better community. Nataly, Amelia, and Livan (the manager, assistant manager, and leasing agent) have cultivated a friendly atmosphere not just through their building wide events (like getting catering by new and local restaurants) but by being consistently open and willing to talk to and help the buildings residents. They truly go above and beyond, making this place feel like a home.

The location and price of this building is what initially brought us here, but the experience with the staff has kept us. Amelia, Livan, and Nataly are so helpful and responsive to the residents needs. They have worked really hard to create a welcoming and fun environment for residents and it is so refreshing to have that in comparison to other apartments in Denver. We love it.
