Michael really went the extra mile for us. We just purchased our first home in Park County and could not have done it without his help. We spent a lot of time visiting properties and Michael provided a lot of great advice and vision. We also were recipients of the Shorewood Cares program which gives first responders, teachers, nurses etc a $$ kickback once a home is purchased. We received a sizeable check within 3 weeks of our purchase. I would highly recommend Michael Summers!
