Jay is a fantastic broker. First, he was an appraiser for many years so he understands property vales WAY better than your average broker. Second, he's professional. Third, he does an all around excellent job through education and being very available and communicative. I just referred him to a friend who used to be a broker himself and he's been impressed too.

We would highly recommend Jay for anyone looking to shop in this market. Jay was patient with us as we waited a long time before finding a place and he was extremely helpful the entire time. He helps make your searches relevant, gives you his opinion on the places in a good way, and helps your strategize when you are committing to a place. At the end, would call him our friend and we need to grab a beer soon (almost done with the final touches here)!
