T-Mobile - Closed

Shoddy service for being in a bougie shopping center. I had already been redirected to this location from another one. The clerk was either uninformed or unhelpful. I wanted an upgrade and he insisted they could not help me and that I was ineligible. The minute I came home I went online (which I was trying to avoid doing in the first place) and was told that none of what I was told was true. I wasted my time, I wasted a trip, and even before I learned that the information was incorrect, I felt like I was a bother while I was in the store. I had the feeling that the clerk was not in the mood to be helpful. Shameful.

I went to T-Mobile over the 4th of July holiday weekend and I was amazed at the quality service given! Not only was Kimberly exceptional, she went above and beyond to make sure I got the right phone, color and case. Also a young man named Elliot, helped close my business order. He was helpful and made me feel affirmed that I would be taken care of! They were both sweet to my dog and that made me even happier! Thanks to this location I will be coming back for all my business phone needs and requesting both of them!

Thank you Kimberly for going out of your way to make sure I got the silver apple watch! Drove to another store for me. Amazing! And thank you Jenny for getting us all set up and training us from Samsung to our new Apple stuff, twice. With our phones, and now watches. Great store. Staff goes above and beyond.
