Set up an appointment directly with Craig on the phone a week in advance only to show up and realize that he had forgotten about it. Office was closed. He did not return my call until later. He then apologized and said that he forgot to review his appointments. He then told me he was going to email me a list of documents to get my taxes going. He never did. He called me multiple times in error. He kept telling me sorry I keep dialing you number by mistake. Funny guy. Each time he called me accidentally he would say: Im working on your account and you will get an email shortly never happened. I hope this helps him be more respectful of customers time and business.
