Was searching for a plumber to perform regular maintenance on a water heater so I called Tony Marzano Plumbing & Heating on February 28, 2023. I was told by the woman who answered that I'd receive a call back soon. It is Wednesday, March 15, 2023 and I never received a callback. Needless to say, another company rendered the service in the meantime. Based on my experience, the one star is a direct result of poor customer service.
