Mike Nelson is always unbelievably nice, it's SUCH a pleasure whenever I talk to him!
We live in a time where there's really no easy way to get through and just speak to a human being over the phone!
Whenever I call his company I get a real person immediately and in a matter of seconds I'm speaking directly to Mike Nelson!
He knows who I am right away and already has my policy pulled up and there hasn't been a single time where I've gotten off the phone with him and haven't been completely satisfied with the outcome!!!!! (CanNpt say the same about ANY other agency that I've had to deal with! In fact there's not one time I could say anything positive about my calls with every other company!)
Always gets what needs to be done...DONE and I respect his business and appreciate the personal attention he gives me!!
