        This happened while I was at work with their wire. They could care less. A safety hazard for sure. I’m going to the BBB.

        My dish was struck by lightning and they opened a damage claim and denied me because everything was "grounded". Well gee! the outlets in my house are grounded but we still use surge protectors! Save yourself the hassle and skip these guys. Lastly, please tell your techs to maybe provide new customer with some coax inline surge protectors that cost $3 each which could have prevented the $2000 loss we suffered and 2 months of stress and no TV! VIP customer after 3 years of service and no payment issues and they cant even do the right thing! SAD.
