Was a fairly good place for years. Had been decreasing in quality, especially with pandemic. At first it wasn’t a big deal when they stopped doing massages after pedicures. Today, the nail technician was terrible. She barely buffed my nails. Her paint job was so sloppy, she was spilling paint on my toes, her own manicured hands and the floor. The hot stones was no longer used. The leg massage was non existent. I asked what happened to the wax treatment for the heels and she told me they don’t do them anymore either. You can expect to get less service and quality for your money. I attempted to give the manager feedback in hopes he would see it as a way to improve. He could not care less. I would I recommend looking elsewhere.
