        These folks helped me understand that the Budget Truck location located on Boston Ave in Bridgeport CT were the culprits of a very bad mix up that cost me nearly $360 yesterday. Next time I go to this location. They know what they are doing from beginning to end.

        We booked a truck 2 weeks ago for a Saturday and had to change the date last minute. The team accommodated our request easily, When we showed up, everything was ready as planned, the budget was exactly right, the truck was clean with a full tank and we were greeted with a true smile. They went the extra mile to provide us some parking space for our car in case we would come back after hours (which we did) and their key drop system was very convenient. While a car rental usually works this way, we were not expecting a truck rental to be that easy and so affordable.

        Terrible experience. Booked a truck online, showed up on the day of and am told that they don't have any available They had "tried to call to tell me" but couldn't get through (didn't try to email or text)
