I was referred to Poland and Sullivan insurance. Jonathan Yasik has been such a great help when I needed to obtain a policy. He was easy to reach and communicate with. He immediately took care of our needs and provided a suitable policy within few hours of my initial request. The whole process was so easy and efficient. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is an unprofessional organization with no sense of customer service. I had a terrible experience with my homeowner's insurance renewal. The P&S team had no ability to communicate proactively or in a timely manner (or even amongst themselves to get some background on my policy). Suffice it to say that I did not work with P&S for my renewal. I strongly recommend that anyone look elsewhere for their insurance needs.

Our son was relocating for work and in need of auto and homeowners insurance. I reached out to Poland & Sullivan to get a quote and after shopping around, I came to find that their quote was the most affordable for the same coverage he had already had. My contact was agent Missy Simpson. She was a blessing and went above and beyond answering all of our questions and numerous phone calls. With each and every request she had answers and suggestions to help us through the process. We are so glad that we have Ms. Simpson as our agent and the Poland & Sullivan team for all of our insurance needs.
