My MacBook stopped charging, Apple Support sent me to them as an Authorized Apple Service provider. Spent the entire time arguing with the person at the desk about whether my charger was a 3rd party changer (it was Apple and brand new). After a dozen other non-reasons, I finally had to ask if they could run a diagnostic, she said they would rather not, then quoted and exorbitant price to discourage me. Someone was coming in after me, and I told him the story. He came out a few minutes later and said, "You're right, they're awful." Called Apple, they diagnosed (correctly!) the issue.

Eventhough I made a reservation the day before I visited, the owner of this place ignored it and even did not make a call for me. My time and my money for Uber.. costed a lot

I made an appointment through the Apple website and would absolutely come here again. They were very helpful and didn't charge me for coming in with questions and even replaced a small part for me. Next time I need help with an Apple product I'll be skipping the Apple store and heading here!

I needed malware removal service. The person I spoke with gave me candid feedback on what the job would entail and their ability to provide the service I needed. When I commented that I could not be without my computer for more than a day, he recommended other providers that could meet my timetable and needs. So refreshing to see such support. Thank you!
