This was a surprisingly bad experience. The big theme was asking staff members repeatedly to stop doing something or to expedite something and having them refusefront desk at checkin and checkout, housekeeping, the doorman. They were on script and they were going to complete it no matter what I wanted! It didnt help that room service wouldnt answer the phone (at 7am). The neighborhood is great but I wouldnt return.

I am adding this review here because Rosewood advertises Cut as a dining option and their customers consider the dining options when they boo. Four of us visited Cut recently. We ordered 4 salads, and two entrees: one tomahawk steak (20oz steak and 20oz bone for $260ish), one half chicken (for $35ish), a french fries (for $22ish) and a large spoonful of spinach (for $17sh). Despite our server's insistence, we did not order the 6 grams of truffles for $45. The chicken was good. The steak was a good cut and well prepared but extremely salty. So was the spoonful of spinach (way too salty). Including our two glasses of wine, one cocktail and tip, we paid over $600. For $600 we could have done a lot better in other establishments.

Went to dine this weekend and it was awesome! Sat outside and had incredible service by Chin. Would highly recommend for food, atmosphere and service. I will definitely be coming back. Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More
