Quality Inn & Suites New York Avenue

This hotel was the absolute worst I have ever seen, this place they are no trustworthy they say my reservation was cancel and they charge me the rate they want. i have to call price line and they say they never cancel the reservation is this is a try to charge more or to screw price line or the Quality Inn & Suites brand this is not good. it is the costumer service they promoter or have the going to lose more then just one costumer like me.

Reservation was canceled for absolutely no reason so we ended having to scramble for a place last minute. Horrible customer service. Dont even do it to yourself.

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL...It's very obvious why the review is low for this hotel, unfortunately we have not seen the review first and regretted later... worst hotel so far .. but let me start wid some positive... good amenities like fridge, microwave... but not present in every room... hotel is very very old... and very dirty... it should not charge for stay.. rooms are smoking and non smoking but every room smells like smoking... sofa..beds bathroom all are very old and not comfortable at all... attached few pictures to describe the hotel... in short don't go

I would have given 0 star if possible. The rooms are dirty. Coffee creamer given was expired. Requested for non smoking room during online booking and in front desk also but the room was smoking and there was visible smoking ashes. Once we requested for another room, they have changed the room. Staying in this hotel is not recommended.
