I had a great experience here the other day! I was looking for a specific pair of shorts and three of the ladies were all trying to help me! Dani in particular was very friendly and very invested in helping me out! She assisted me from the moment I stepped in the store all the way to checking me out at the end! She felt like a friend by the time I left!

I tried on shorts and really like the fit. The employees were friendly and helpful, but upon to payment, the cashier asked me to speak my email and phone number outloud. I feel like there should be a discreet way of transferring this personal information rather than asking customers to announce it inside the store. Better yet, they could refrain from asking for it when a customer just wants to pay at the cash register.

I generally do not write reviews but I have been so inclined to after my interaction yesterday. The sales associate, Chase, was very rude. He frequently got frustrated when I asked him any question about the pants I was spending $120 on as if I was wasting his time. I have had this experience with this particular sales associate before, too, while calling the store. He did not want to help and when I knew there was 3 of a product in store and was hoping to double check, he said that there weren’t any even when I went in later and saw 2. I would also like to note that the manager Alicia was very hostile too. I called the store a couple days ago asking if a product could be put on hold for me and the guy with the australian accent was super nice but when I called the next day to see if I could get another product on hold, Alicia said she would not do it because the product would “fly off the shelves.†When I told her what a sales associate said before she sighed of frustration and said she would hold the product for no longer than 1 hour and AS SOON as that hour was up “ it is going on the floor no exceptions.†She could have been nicer about if even if the policy does not allow holds. I would have appreciated better customer service. Really don’t get the attitude both of these employees have had. Do better Lululemon.
