        Driver had a full van. He/she cut me off on a one lane circle exit by driving on the shoulder then jammed himself in close between me and the car in front of me. He used no signals then or exiting. He hit the brakes four times on the Wilson Bridge while tailgating. He wasn't in a hurry ... this is how he drives. I'd NEVER trust my family in this van.

        Bad curbside manners. Picked up an elderly woman on the opposite side of the street from where she lived. Mind you the entire curbside where the woman lived was available. Guess he didnt want to turn around. I watched her limp and waddle across the street.
