    I am a tenant at this property and Ive gotten my car stolen here and my replacement car has been vandalized multiple times. We tried to review surveillance after my car was stolen and apparently the cameras were not working. We contacted the management company to inform them and they followed up with removing the security guard from this property resulting in an even more unsafe environment. I do not recommend living here.

    BEWARE MOVING IN HERE!! The absolute WORST experience living here. Aside from the maintenance man being an absolute creep who I literally felt UNSAFE around and our apartment having MANY issues, Alex, the office manager, has to be hands down one of the most incompetent human beings to walk this planet. Unprofessional, rude and just outright ignores calls and emails. We moved out in January 2023 and they sent us an exit invoice for having to "repaint the entire apartment due to damages" from hanging four frames and two TVs (normal wear and tear), which were all done by a handyman. Upon moving out, we hired the same handyman to spackle all holes to ensure that it was done correctly because we were paranoid from hearing awful experiences from other neighbors that moved out before us. After receiving the invoice, we went back and forth with Alex to try to negotiate the invoice, as they were trying to charge us $1,500 for these repairs and eventually just stopped hearing back. After a few follow up emails, we never heard back and decided to let it go. Today, after over a year of having moved out, I received a call from a debt collector stating that they had just received our unpaid invoice from them. So this is how they handle business...They ignore and then send your information to a debt collector... VERY PROFESSIONAL. They are thieves and they genuinely do not care about their tenants. If you don't want to be robbed, stay far away from this company and their properties. They have another complex they manage in the falls, as well and the horror stories from there are endless. Any positive review you see here is FAKE and has been written by someone that works in their leasing office (Alex included, including screenshot) as an attempt to counter all the bad reviews they get from REAL TENANTS. If you're looking to have a terrible living experience, deal with rude and ignorant humans that can't get anything done on a regular basis and be robbed, then look no further, this is the place for you.

    I've been living in this place for almost two years and while I gave a very positive review when I first moved in as I was very happy with the place, things have unfortunately changed. The only positive experience I've had is dealing with the leasing manager, Alex Arana. It is unfortunate because all could be easily fixed if the owners and property manager cared to do things right and treated their tenants with more respect and consideration. While the apts are beautiful inside and the location is convenient to my interests, the ongoing inconveniences we have to deal with in a regular basis leave much to be desired. Things like the elevator breaking down constantly which is an old and recurring issue well known to the owners and management office which they simply opt to ignore. We have to wait days to see it fixed without even getting a notification from the office nor an update for the repairs, which evidently are quick, temporary fixes as it keeps breaking down. We are completely disregarded as tenants and basically left on our own here, especially on weekends and nights as there's no one in charge nor a number to call when issues arise. Also, they recently removed the security guards from the premises also without warning us as the most basic consideration and courtesy. This is a delicate issue as the building is not in a safe area right on Calle Ocho, near motels and homeless people on the street, with direct access to our wide open parking lot, elevators and stairs which puts us all at risk for vandalism, robbery or physical harm not having gates or security guards around. Cars have already been stolen here and broken into. The owners and managers are well aware of all this and still choose to completely ignore our concerns, messages or calls. They evidently don't care a bit about the safety of their tenants and most certainly don't appreciate the value of having good, quality people.

    We are going through an issue with construction so many people have called and email to complain but the office just ignores us. The manager didnt tell us about construction until months after it started. We been going through hell every day for months with construction on the road in front of our buildings until 5am almost every day of the week. I posted pictures I see residents speaking about the noise in the group emailed to manager. When he wrote everyone back the email to tell us about construction months later, he attached every person's email address to the email exposing our personal emails to other people. This is a privacy issue. But the construction has been a crazy, the noise of big sounds of them breaking the ground is so bad. We tell the office every day when will this end and every week they say 1 more week. Nothing has been done to help us with the noise, i call no answer, i leave a message no answer, i email and no answer. I see no people here in the office like us. They only want money after you sign the lease. They don't even ask if we ok after and if we able to work in the morning after crazy noise. I see people are so angry here because they dont show they care. They even take away our security, even after people come together to write a letter to the office to say we need it. We use to have night security and they take away because she the owner make all the money from us and never show her face here. So much accidents here when security left. I pay too much money and not have help here for myself. I dont feel safe here, i worry everyday because no help is here for me at night. If you do anything today please listen to my review and go live somewhere where you feel safe and heard. They have nothing here and no sleep at night and no security for safety. I hope you find better. Si la gente aqu escribe reseas, esta empresa tendra 1 estrella. Nadie quiere hacerlo mientras vivan aqu por consecuencia. Dios Los Bendiga
