I had a horrible experience with this firm. Edison Vasquez is a dishonest, crooked and unethical real estate agent. In all my years in real estate I have never dealt with someone who was so unprofessional. This agent actually found a way to contact my client and was contacting my client without my consent or approval trying to negotiate a deal. He convinced my client to shave years off the lease and negotiated terms without my knowledge to reduce the commission payout for his client. The board of realtors was contacted because of this. BEWARE, do not enter deals with this man.

I worked with Juan who, from the first phone call, was kind, professional, and diligent in his work. We started looking at spaces for myself in early May and I was closing on a space by Mid July. During the entire ime, Juan made himself available to me to answer any questions I had, explain any technical terms, and negotiate on my behalf. He made the entire process as simple and painless as could be. Once I'm ready to sell or buy a new space, I know I'll be calling these folks. I can not recommend them enough!

Juan Carlos goes above and beyond, he is truly the BEST at what he does, not only passionate but he cares about his clients. He took care of us every step of the way to find and negotiate the best deal for our new home, he made the process and experience of buying a house for the first time as easy and enjoyable as possible. Working with him was definitely the best decision we ever made.
