Went to visit a friend at this site to enjoy the pool. The security guard and front desk staff stated only 4 guests could use the pool, despite the pool being COMPLETELY empty and the space being absolutely gigantic. The reception desk has no business being in the hospitality industry; completely rude to the condo owner and deficient in common sense

Went to visit a friend who was a resident here to access the pool. Management would not allow us to access it despite it being completely empty because we had more than 4 people. For the size of the pool and the common sense of us not taking up space for other residents, this was ridiculous. I could understand if the pool was full on a sunny weekend but the pool was empty and it was drizzling. All we wanted was to hang by the covered patio but because we exceeded this 4 guest per resident rule, we weren’t allowed to access an empty pool. Horrible.

The front desk staff was rude to the guests, and there’s very limited parking. As much as it costs to live here, you’d think there would be a lot more kind.
