        Place is a joke has a big sprint customers come here sign on the door but none of the policies align with sprint. You have to pay different costs than if you upgrade online with sprint but then even sprint is absolutely clueless themselves.

        I can not say their customers service is bad, it's non-existing. After going in this store as a new customer to sign with t-mobile and buy a one thousand dollar phone, the two gentlemen in the store completely ignored me for about an hour. One was chitchatting with a person which did not seem to be in the store to do business; and the other was going back and forth with a customer about the price of a phone. Neither one of them bother to apologize for the delay or reassure me that they will be with me in a minute. Of course, I left. I will stay with Verizon.
